1. Agreement
Will-It-Sell (POHIBI d.o.o.), Cesta talcev 8, 1239 Domzale, Slovenia ("Will-It-Sell," "we," "us," "our") operates willitsell.io and any related products, services, or applications that reference these terms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version and updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services Overview
Will-It-Sell provides AI-powered synthetic consumer research reports. Users describe a product, define target audience segments, and receive purchase intent analysis generated through artificial intelligence.
The Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where such use would violate local law or require additional registration. Users accessing the Services from outside Slovenia do so at their own initiative and bear responsibility for compliance with local regulations.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years of age. One account per person - creating duplicate accounts to exploit free credit offers or for any other purpose is prohibited.
Authentication is handled through email-based magic links. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email address and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior, without prior notice.
4. Credits and Payments
Credit System
The Services operate on a credit-based system. Each credit corresponds to one synthetic consumer in a report. Credits are purchased in packs and may also be provided free of charge at account creation.
Pricing and Purchases
Credit packs are offered at prices listed on the Services at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
No Refunds
Credit purchases are non-refundable. If a report fails to generate due to a system error, the credits allocated to that report are automatically returned to your account balance. This return of credits is not a refund of payment but a restoration of unused service capacity.
Auto-Recharge
You may enable auto-recharge, which authorizes automatic purchase of additional credits when needed during report generation. Auto-recharge uses the smallest credit pack that covers the shortfall. You may disable auto-recharge at any time through your account settings.
Credit Expiry
Purchased credits do not expire. Free credits provided at registration do not expire.
5. Intellectual Property
Our Property
All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials within the Services (the "Content") are owned by or licensed to Will-It-Sell and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Will-It-Sell name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without our express written permission.
Your Reports
You retain ownership of the product descriptions and other information you submit to generate reports. You also own the generated reports for your personal or internal business use, including the right to print, share, and use the insights contained in them.
Your Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access the Services through automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) except through officially provided APIs
- Attempt to circumvent security features, rate limits, or access controls
- Create multiple accounts to obtain free credits or bypass usage limits
- Upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use the Services to compete directly with Will-It-Sell or to build a substantially similar product
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers and networks connected to the Services
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
THE SERVICES GENERATE REPORTS USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND SYNTHETIC CONSUMER RESEARCH METHODOLOGY. REPORTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND SCREENING PURPOSES ONLY.
We make no guarantee that:
- Report results will predict actual market outcomes
- Synthetic consumer responses accurately represent real consumer behavior
- Purchase intent scores will correspond to real-world sales performance
- Results are applicable to all product categories or markets
Reports provide data-driven insights to support your decision-making. We recommend using report findings alongside your own market knowledge and business judgment.
THE METHODOLOGY (SEMANTIC SIMILARITY RATING) HAS BEEN VALIDATED AGAINST HUMAN SURVEY DATA IN ACADEMIC RESEARCH BUT HAS INHERENT LIMITATIONS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE LIMITATIONS BY USING THE SERVICES.
8. General Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WILL-IT-SELL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Will-It-Sell and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any harmful actions toward other users.
11. User Data
We maintain data that you transmit through the Services for the purpose of providing the Services. While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for the data you submit. We shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of data.
Product descriptions, audience configurations, and generated reports are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Archived reports are automatically deleted one year after archiving, with advance notice provided by email.
12. Testimonials
The Services may display testimonials from users reflecting their individual experiences. These testimonials are personal and may not represent the experience of all users. Individual results vary. Testimonials are reviewed for accuracy and may be edited for grammar or brevity. The views expressed in testimonials belong solely to their authors.
13. Service Management and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms
- Take appropriate action against users who violate these Terms, including account termination
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice
- Remove or restrict content that is excessive or burdensome to our systems
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
14. Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
If your account is terminated, you may not create a new account under any name.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Slovenia.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least thirty (30) days through written communication. Informal negotiations begin upon written notice from one party to the other at .
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Slovenia in accordance with Slovenian law.
17. Corrections
Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice.
18. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any requirement that such communication be in writing.
19. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Will-It-Sell regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
